Shipping Policy
All shipments outside Washington are sales tax exempt.
7.80% sales tax will automatically be added to orders shipped to
Washington.
Credit Card Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and most Debit cards.
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number to match the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you.
You do not have to pay for your order until it is actually on its way to you.
At the time of your order we will authorize the total amount and only when your order
ships we will charge your credit card. Your credit card information is not stored in our servers for 100% privacy
and security! If you would rather pay with a check or for other order questions,

Order Status
We are sending email notifications with tracking numbers for all orders that ship UPS.
If you think your order has taken
longer than we said it would please feel free to email us at
info@hiddenwave.net and include your full name.
Receiving Your Order
Upon receipt of your new merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition.
All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to us with two (2) business days of receipt
of merchandise. In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the
customer to contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund/replacement.
All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved.
Hidden Wave Boardshop will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting
from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. Our sole responsibility will only be the monetary value of the merchandise.
Return Policy
Return authorization (RA) number required. To obtain an RA number you must call
within 7 days of when you received the merchandise. All returns must be new,
unused, and accompanied by a copy of the original Sales Receipt and in original
packaging suitable for resale. No returns on electrical products. There will
be a minimum of $10.00 or 10% restocking fee for returns, whichever is greater,
and there will be a $10.00 handling fee for exchanges. Shipping and handling fees
are not refundable. A $10 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations.
Please ship the items back to us prepaid and with the proper packaing.
For your protection, make sure to insure the package.
We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Warranties
Most items sold by us are covered by a manufacturers warranty.
All calls for service or repairs should be referred directly to the manufacturer.
